Attend 80% of All Project Meetings
Members must attend 80% of their project meetings (not club meetings) to be eligible to show either an animal or vocational project.

Give A Presentation
Each child will need to present at either the project, club or bi-county level depending on their age.

Primary members and 1st—2nd year regular members must present at either project, club, or county level

3rd—5th year regular members must present at club or county level

6th+ year regular member must present at the county level

Attend TWO Bi-County Events
You must attend at least two bi-county events for this 4-H season. Be sure to have a parent take pictures of you at the Event if there is no sign-in sheet available so you can get credit.

Sign Up for Fair
Become familiar with the Yuba-Sutter Fair Entries Website and Like their Facebook page to monitor happenings & due dates.
Entries are due in April on different dates according to the animal(s) you intend on showing. Your animal Project Leader is a great resource in case you have any questions on how to enroll.

Complete the YQCA Program
Each child, age 8-21, showing at Fair must complete the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) program. One class is valid for three (3) years and you will need to email the certificate to the YS Fair office once completed.
